I'm a certified personal trainer with a Bachelor's degree in Sports Instruction and a CrossFit Level 1 certification. I've been coaching people toward stronger, healthier lives for over seven years — in Helsinki and Porvoo.

My specialty is combining endurance and strength training in a way that supports both performance and everyday energy. I believe in sustainable progress built on consistency, not extremes.

As a mother of two young children, I understand the challenge of fitting exercise into a busy life — and I've built my coaching around exactly that reality.
